1. Sponsor
The “Symplast Luxury Watch Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Symplast Acquisition Inc. (“Sponsor”), 6750 N. Andrews Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older);
- Are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; AND
- Are actively engaged in the medical aesthetics industry — meaning the entrant is, at the time of entry, employed by, an owner of, a partner in, or a contracted principal of a business operating in the medical aesthetics industry. For purposes of these Official Rules, “medical aesthetics industry” means businesses that provide, support, manufacture for, educate, or supply non-surgical and surgical aesthetic medical services, including but not limited to: plastic surgery and dermatology practices; aesthetic medical practices; medical spas and aesthetic clinics; manufacturers, distributors, and representatives of aesthetic injectables, devices, or professional skincare; and service providers (including software, marketing, consulting, training, and staffing firms) whose primary clients are businesses described elsewhere in this Section 2.
Not eligible:consumers/patients; employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates; employees of the promotion's administrator and any prize supplier; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and members of the same household (whether related or not) of any of the foregoing.
The Sweepstakes is void in the State of Rhode Island and otherwise where prohibited or restricted by law. Eligible entrants residing in jurisdictions where the Sweepstakes is void may not enter, and any entry from such a resident will be disqualified.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes Period begins at 9:00 AM ET on May 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 20, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Within the Sweepstakes Period, the deadlines for each method of entry described in Section 4 apply. Entries that do not meet the applicable method-specific deadline are void. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter, each with an equal chance of winning:
(a) Booth Entry (Free)
The Symplast booth (Booth #1019) at The Aesthetic Meet 2026, held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC), Seaport District, Boston, Massachusetts, will accept entries between 12:00 PM ET on May 14, 2026 and 7:00 PM ET on May 17, 2026 during the show's published exhibit-hall hours. To enter at the Booth, complete a digital entry form via the QR code displayed at the Booth. You must truthfully complete all required fields, including the industry affiliation certification described in Section 5.
To be eligible for the random drawing, you must verify your email address by clicking the verification link Sponsor will email to the address you provided. Booth Entries that are not email-verified by 11:59 PM ET on May 17, 2026 are not eligible for the drawing. Mail-In Entries described in Section 4(b) are eligible upon receipt without email verification.
(b) Mail-In Entry (Free Alternate Method of Entry)
Hand-print on a plain 3″ x 5″ card or piece of paper: (1) your full name; (2) complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes); (3) daytime telephone number; (4) email address; (5) date of birth; (6) the name of the business in the medical aesthetics industry with which you are affiliated and your role; and (7) the following statement signed and dated by you in your own handwriting:
“I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, a legal resident of the United States, and am actively engaged in the medical aesthetics industry as defined in the Official Rules of the Symplast Luxury Watch Sweepstakes. I agree to be bound by the Official Rules.”
Mail your completed entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: Symplast Luxury Watch Sweepstakes, Attn: Marketing, 6750 N. Andrews Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309. Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by May 15, 2026 and received by Sponsor by 5:00 PM ET on May 20, 2026. Illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or mass-produced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered mail.
5. Industry Affiliation Certification
By submitting an entry (whether by Booth Entry or Mail-In Entry), entrant certifies that he or she is actively engaged in the medical aesthetics industry as defined in Section 2 and agrees, if selected as the potential winner, to provide documentation reasonably satisfactory to Sponsor evidencing such affiliation (examples include a current business card, LinkedIn profile, employer verification letter, or similar). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who cannot substantiate his or her industry affiliation to Sponsor's reasonable satisfaction.
6. Entry Limit
Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address, regardless of method of entry, during the Sweepstakes Period. Subsequent entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or agent to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
7. Independence from Symplast Rewards Program
Symplast Rewards is an optional B2B loyalty program offered by Sponsor that is entirely independent of this Sweepstakes. Joining Symplast Rewards is not a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, does not provide additional entries or any advantage in winning, and does not affect an entrant's chances of being selected as the winner. An entrant who declines to join Symplast Rewards remains fully eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing on the same terms as any other entrant. Symplast Rewards is governed by its own separate Program Terms; see the Symplast Rewards Program Terms.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about May 21, 2026 Sponsor (or its designated administrator) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner. Random selection is performed using a cryptographically secure random number generator; the random seed and the size of the eligible pool are recorded in Sponsor's administrative audit log at the time of the drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone at the contact information provided on the entry within approximately 3 business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable efforts within 7 business days of the first notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, fails to return required documentation within the time specified, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
9. Prize
One (1) Hermès Cape Cod 41mm wristwatch (steel case, opaline silvered dial, Barenia calfskin strap, Swiss-made quartz movement; reference W044344WW00). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,150 USD as of May 6, 2026, based on the manufacturer's published retail price at the time of Sponsor's purchase. Sponsor has captured a dated retail invoice in support of the ARV. Prize is awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied (except any manufacturer's warranty that may apply). No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal value, provided that the substitute prize's ARV will not exceed $4,999 USD. Total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $4,150 USD. Only one (1) prize will be awarded.
10. Winner Verification Requirements
As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return within 7 days of attempted notification: (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility; (b) a Liability and (where lawful) Publicity Release; (c) an IRS Form W-9; and (d) documentation evidencing his or her medical aesthetics industry affiliation as described in Section 5. Failure to timely return any such documentation, or return of a document that is incomplete, inaccurate, or indicates the entrant is ineligible, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. If any potential winner is deemed a minor in his or her state of residence (notwithstanding the eligibility requirement in Section 2), any prize may be awarded in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian.
11. Healthcare-Compliance Representations
The prize is not offered as, and acceptance of the prize is not conditioned upon, the referral, recommendation, ordering, purchasing, leasing, or arranging of any item or service reimbursable in whole or in part by Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other federal or state healthcare program. The prize is not offered as inducement for any past, present, or future commercial relationship between Sponsor and the entrant, the entrant's practice, or the entrant's employer.
By entering, each entrant represents that participation in the Sweepstakes and, if selected as the potential winner, acceptance of the prize does not violate any applicable law, regulation, professional code of conduct, or agreement (including any employer policy, hospital-system policy, group-practice policy, or vendor-relationship policy) to which the entrant is or may become subject. Compliance with any such law, regulation, code, or agreement is the sole responsibility of the entrant. If acceptance of the prize would or might violate any such law, regulation, code, or agreement, the entrant must decline the prize; in that event, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries pursuant to Section 8.
Sponsor makes no representation regarding any entrant's individual compliance obligations and does not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice to entrants. Entrants are encouraged to consult their own counsel or compliance officer if they have questions about their ability to accept the prize.
12. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and all other expenses not expressly described as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or equivalent) reporting the ARV of the prize as income.
13. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information, hometown, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes or prize for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
14. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available on the Sweepstakes website at the /privacy page. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.
15. General Conditions; Right to Cancel or Modify
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for (a) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, or undelivered entries or mail; (b) any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission; (c) any failures of any communications line, computer, online system, server, provider, or equipment; (d) printing, typographical, or other errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (e) any combination thereof.
17. Disputes; Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Each entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, for any such action.
18. Winner List / Official Rules Request
For a copy of the Official Rules or the name of the winner (available after June 1, 2026), mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Symplast Luxury Watch Sweepstakes – [RULES REQUEST or WINNER LIST], 6750 N. Andrews Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, to be received by June 15, 2026. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
19. Not Affiliated with Trade Show, Trademark Owners, or Platforms
This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Symplast Acquisition Inc. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Aesthetic Society, The Aesthetic Meet, the venue at which The Aesthetic Meet 2026 is held, or any social media or technology platform used to promote or administer the Sweepstakes.
