Program Terms

Symplast Rewards Program Terms

The Aesthetic Meet 2026

Effective Date: May 5, 2026 · Last Updated: May 5, 2026

This Program is separate from the Hermès Cape Cod Sweepstakes. Joining Symplast Rewards is optional, is not a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, does not provide additional Sweepstakes entries, and does not affect your chances of winning. See the Official Rules for the Sweepstakes terms.

By enrolling in the Symplast Rewards loyalty program described below (the “Program”), you agree to these Symplast Rewards Program Terms (these “Program Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Program Terms, do not enroll in the Program.

1. Sponsor and Program

The Program is offered by Symplast Acquisition Inc. (“Symplast,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida corporation with its principal place of business at 6750 N. Andrews Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, in connection with The Aesthetic Meet 2026, May 14–17, 2026 (the “Event”), held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Boston, Massachusetts, where Sponsor will operate Booth #1019 (the “Booth”).

The Program is a free business-to-business loyalty program designed for individuals professionally engaged in the medical aesthetics industry. The Program is not a consumer-facing program and is not intended for, or directed to, members of the general public.

2. Definitions

The following capitalized terms have the meanings set forth below:

  • “Member” means an individual who has successfully enrolled in the Program in accordance with Section 5.
  • “Member Account”means the record Sponsor maintains identifying a Member and tracking the Member's Points balance, Tier Unlocks, and related Program data.
  • “Eligible Activity” means an engagement activity that Sponsor designates from time to time as eligible to earn Points, as further described in Section 7.
  • “Points” means the unit of value Sponsor uses to measure Member engagement under the Program. Points have no cash value and are not currency.
  • “Tier” means a Program level achieved by accumulating Points to a defined threshold, as further described in Section 8.
  • “Tier Unlock”means a Member's right, upon crossing a Tier's Points threshold, to select one item from the catalog of items associated with that Tier and redeem it under Section 9.
  • “Reward Item”means a physical item or other benefit available for selection from a Tier's catalog.
  • “Sweepstakes” means the separately-administered Hermès Cape Cod Sweepstakes operating in connection with the Event, governed by its own Official Rules.

3. Acceptance; Effective Date

These Program Terms become binding upon a Member at the moment of enrollment. By clicking “Join Symplast Rewards” (or equivalent affirmative action), a Member confirms that the Member (a) has read these Program Terms, (b) is eligible to participate under Section 4, (c) accepts these Program Terms in their entirety, and (d) agrees that the Member's continued participation in the Program is subject to these Program Terms as they may be modified under Section 19.

These Program Terms are effective as of the Effective Date set forth above and remain in effect until the Program is terminated under Section 19 or otherwise.

4. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who, at the time of enrollment, are:

(a) at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater);

(b) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and

(c) actively engaged in the medical aesthetics industry, as defined in the Sweepstakes Official Rules. The medical aesthetics industry includes, without limitation, licensed providers, practice managers, medspa owners, aestheticians, injectors, device and injectable manufacturers, marketing and software service providers whose primary clients are aesthetic practices, and similar professional roles. Consumers, patients, and members of the general public are not eligible.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. Enrollment

Enrollment is free and entirely optional. Enrollment is available to any eligible individual independently of the Sweepstakes by visiting the Symplast Rewards enrollment page (the URL of which Sponsor publishes on the Program's marketing channels and at the Booth) and clicking “Join Symplast Rewards.” In addition, an individual who submits a Sweepstakes entry will be invited on the Sweepstakes entry confirmation page to enroll in the Program by clicking “Join Symplast Rewards” — but Sweepstakes entry is not a condition of enrollment, and an individual may enroll in the Program without entering the Sweepstakes. A prospective Member who declines to enroll (whether by clicking “No thanks,” closing the page, or never visiting the enrollment page) does not enroll, and that decision does not affect any Sweepstakes entry the prospective Member may have submitted.

To complete enrollment, a Member must verify the Member's email address by clicking the verification link in the email Sponsor sends following enrollment. Until the Member's email address is verified, certain Program features (including, but not limited to, Tier Unlock redemption) are not available.

A Member may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting Sponsor at the address in Section 30. Withdrawal forfeits any unredeemed Tier Unlocks and is not reversible, except in Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Independence from the Sweepstakes; No Purchase Required

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to join the Program or to earn Points.

Joining the Program does not, and will not, increase, decrease, or otherwise affect a Member's chances of winning the Sweepstakes. Rewards Members and non-Members have the same chance of winning the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by its Official Rules.

The Program is administered separately from, and is not a part of, the Sweepstakes. References to the Sweepstakes in these Program Terms are for context only and do not incorporate the Sweepstakes Official Rules into these Program Terms, except where this document expressly so provides (for example, by adopting the Sweepstakes Official Rules' definition of “medical aesthetics industry”).

7. Earning Points

Members earn Points by completing Eligible Activities. The set of Eligible Activities and the Point value of each is set by Sponsor and may include (without limitation):

  • Verifying the Member's email address;
  • Completing Member profile fields (e.g., professional role, practice type, current EHR or practice management system, number of providers, number of locations, practice mailing address, practice website URL);
  • Linking the Member's practice's social media URLs (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business);
  • Taking the Symplast Practice Growth Score Quiz, a 10-question digital-maturity assessment;
  • Engaging with Sponsor at the Booth, including: visiting the Booth (badge-scan check-in), uploading a Booth selfie, and completing a 10-minute live demonstration with a Sponsor representative;
  • Following Sponsor on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook);
  • Referring an eligible peer who enrolls in the Program and verifies the peer's email address; and
  • Opting in to receive marketing communications by email and/or SMS from Sponsor (each channel a separate opt-in; see Section 12).

The Eligible Activities and the Point value of each are subject to change by Sponsor in its sole discretion at any time, including before and during the Event. Sponsor will reflect changes in the Member-facing Program interface; Members are not separately notified of routine retunes to Eligible Activities or Point values.

Sponsor maintains the authoritative server-side record of each Member's Points balance. Points displayed in the Member-facing interface are for reference only; the server-side ledger controls in the event of any discrepancy. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, adjust, revoke, or correct Points balances to remediate errors, technical issues, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Program Terms.

A referral earns Points only if the referee (a) enrolls in the Program by completing the enrollment process described in Section 5, (b) verifies the referee's email address, and (c) is determined by Sponsor not to be a duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible Member. Referrals do not earn fractional Points; an unenrolled or invalidated referee earns the referrer no Points. A referral does not require the referee to enter the Sweepstakes, and a referee's Sweepstakes entry does not, by itself, earn the referrer any Points.

8. Tiers and Tier Unlocks

Crossing a Points threshold unlocks the corresponding Tier. Tier Unlocks are cumulative — reaching a higher Tier does not cancel a lower Tier, and Points are not decremented when a Tier is unlocked. As of the Last Updated date & time, the Tiers are:

TierThresholdRedemption mode
Refresh20 PointsBooth, on-site
Refine50 PointsBooth, on-site
Sculpt100 PointsBooth, on-site
Signature200 PointsBooth, on-site

The catalog of Reward Items associated with each Tier is set by Sponsor before the start of the Event. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, modify Tier thresholds and the catalog of Reward Items at any time before the start of the Event; once the Event begins, Tier thresholds remain fixed for the remainder of the Event. Catalog availability for any individual item is subject to inventory and may change during the Event.

9. Redeeming Tier Unlocks

All Tier Unlocks are redeemed in person at the Booth during the Event's exhibit hall hours. To redeem, the Member presents within the Member-facing Program interface a one-time redemption code (displayed as a QR code) generated for the specific Tier Unlock. An authorized Sponsor representative scans the code, confirms the Tier Unlock is valid and unredeemed, and provides the selected Reward Item from the unlocked Tier's catalog.

The following terms apply to redemption:

(a) One-time use.Each Tier Unlock may be redeemed once. Once redeemed, the Tier Unlock is fulfilled and may not be redeemed again, regardless of any subsequent change in the Member's Points balance.

(b) Inventory. Reward Items are subject to availability and are provided on a while-supplies-last basis. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute an item of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable.

(c) Member presence required. Redemption requires the Member to be physically present at the Booth. Tier Unlocks may not be redeemed by a third party on behalf of the Member.

(d) Forfeiture at Event close.Tier Unlocks not redeemed during the Event's exhibit hall hours are forfeited at the close of the Event. There is no post-Event fulfillment, mail-out, shipping, or rescheduling. A Member's failure to redeem before the Event closes is the Member's sole risk.

(e) No cash equivalent.Sponsor will not provide cash, credit, gift cards, or any other substitute in lieu of a Reward Item, except in Sponsor's sole discretion when an item of equal or greater value is selected as a substitute under (b).

10. No Cash Value; Non-Transferability

Points and Tier Unlocks have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, gifted, or combined with any other Symplast or third-party loyalty program. Points and Tier Unlocks are personal to the enrolled Member. Any unauthorized transfer, attempt to monetize, or assignment of Points or Tier Unlocks may result in immediate forfeiture of all Points, Tier Unlocks, and Member status, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Points and Tier Unlocks are not the property of the Member. Sponsor retains full authority over the Program, the Points, and the Tier Unlocks at all times.

11. Member Account; Identity

A Member is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information provided to Sponsor, including the Member's name, email address, professional role, and other profile fields. A Member must promptly correct any inaccuracy by updating the information through the Member-facing Program interface or by contacting Sponsor.

A Member is responsible for safeguarding access to the Member's Member Account, including any session links, redemption QR codes, or credentials provided by Sponsor. A Member should not share Member Account access with any other person.

Sponsor authenticates Members through email-based session links and short-lived access tokens. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require additional verification of identity prior to redemption (Section 9), at the Booth or otherwise, including by requesting a government-issued photo identification.

12. Marketing Communications

Members may earn Points by opting in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor by email and/or SMS. Each channel is a separate, optional opt-in. Opt-ins are unchecked by default; a Member must affirmatively select each channel the Member wishes to receive.

Opting in to marketing communications is not a condition of joining the Program or of earning Points through any other Eligible Activity.

A Member may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email, by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting Sponsor at the address in Section 30. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not retroactively revoke Points already earned for opting in. Sponsor may continue to send transactional and operational communications described in Section 13, even after a Member withdraws marketing consent.

13. Transactional Communications

Sponsor sends transactional and operational communications related to a Member's participation in the Program, regardless of marketing consent. These include, without limitation: the email-verification message at enrollment, Tier Unlock notifications, Tier Unlock redemption receipts, security and authentication messages (e.g., session-link emails), Program-related service announcements, and notices regarding modifications to these Program Terms.

A Member cannot opt out of transactional communications while remaining enrolled in the Program. To stop receiving transactional communications, a Member must withdraw from the Program under Section 5.

14. Member Representations and Warranties

By enrolling in the Program, a Member represents and warrants that:

(a) the Member is eligible under Section 4;

(b) all information the Member submits to Sponsor is accurate, complete, and current;

(c) the Member has authority to provide any information about the Member's practice or employer that the Member submits;

(d) the Member's participation in the Program does not violate any agreement between the Member and any third party (including any employer policy);

(e) the Member will not use the Program in any manner that violates these Program Terms or any applicable law; and

(f) the Member will not engage in any activity intended to circumvent, manipulate, automate, or game the Program's Eligible Activities, Points awards, or Tier Unlocks.

15. Acceptable Use; Prohibited Conduct

A Member must not, and must not assist any third party to:

(a) tamper with the operation of the Program;

(b) enroll in the Program more than once or maintain more than one Member Account;

(c) use any automated system, bot, script, or similar tool to interact with the Program;

(d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to Sponsor;

(e) attempt to redeem any Tier Unlock by impersonating another Member or using another Member's redemption code;

(f) sell, trade, transfer, assign, gift, or otherwise dispose of any Points, Tier Unlock, redemption code, or Reward Item;

(g) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Member-facing Program interface; or

(h) interfere with any other Member's use of the Program.

16. Disqualification and Forfeiture

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Member, void any Points or Tier Unlocks, recall or refuse to fulfill any Reward Item, suspend or terminate participation in the Program, and pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity, in response to any conduct that Sponsor in good faith believes violates these Program Terms or any applicable law. Sponsor's decisions regarding all Program matters are final and binding.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Program Terms. The Privacy Policy describes (a) the categories of personal information Sponsor collects through the Program, (b) the purposes for which Sponsor uses that information, (c) the categories of recipients with whom Sponsor shares the information, (d) Sponsor's data retention practices, and (e) the rights Members have under applicable privacy law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and other state privacy laws).

18. Notice of Financial Incentive (California)

If you are a California resident, the following notice may apply. Symplast Rewards may qualify as a “financial incentive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act because it offers Points (a non-monetary benefit) in exchange for the collection of personal information. Sponsor's good-faith estimate of the value of the personal information collected to a Member is reflected in the Points value of each Eligible Activity, calculated by reference to the Reward Items available at each Tier and the cumulative Points required to unlock that Tier. A California Member may withdraw from the Program at any time without retroactive penalty (see Section 5). The material terms of this financial incentive are set forth in these Program Terms; a Member's enrollment in the Program (Section 3) constitutes the Member's affirmative authorization to participate in the financial incentive.

19. Modification, Suspension, or Termination of the Program

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

(a) modify these Program Terms, the Eligible Activities, the Points values, the Tiers, the Tier thresholds, the catalog of Reward Items, and any other aspect of the Program at any time;

(b) suspend the Program or any portion of the Program at any time; and

(c) terminate the Program in whole or in part at any time, with or without prior notice.

Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes to these Program Terms by posting an updated version of these Program Terms in the Member-facing Program interface and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Program Terms. Continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the change. A Member who does not accept a change must withdraw from the Program under Section 5.

Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may modify or terminate the Program in response to circumstances that, in Sponsor's reasonable judgment, make continued operation of the Program impracticable, including (without limitation) any change in applicable law, any technical failure, any actual or suspected fraud or abuse, or any event of force majeure.

20. Program End Date; Forfeiture

The Program is operated principally in connection with the Event. Unredeemed Tier Unlocks are forfeited at the close of the Event under Section 9(d). Points balances and Member Accounts may continue to be maintained by Sponsor after the Event for record-keeping and operational purposes. No Points may be earned, accrued, or redeemed after the close of the Event, except in Sponsor's sole discretion.

21. Tax Matters

Reward Items have a fair market value. To the extent the value of a Reward Item or any other Program benefit constitutes taxable income to a Member, the Member is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, withholdings, and reporting obligations associated with the receipt of the Reward Item or benefit. Sponsor may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, request that a Member complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation prior to fulfilling a Reward Item, and Sponsor may withhold delivery of a Reward Item until any required documentation is received.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program and all Reward Items are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Sponsor does not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Any manufacturer's warranty that may accompany a particular Reward Item is provided by the manufacturer, not by Sponsor. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Sponsor or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives be liable to any Member or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or related to the Program, these Program Terms, or any Reward Item, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if Sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Sponsor's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Program or these Program Terms will not exceed the fair market value of the highest-value Reward Item actually earned and delivered to the Member under the Program.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions and limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. Indemnification

Each Member agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the Member's participation in the Program; (b) the Member's breach of these Program Terms; (c) the Member's violation of any applicable law; or (d) the Member's misrepresentation of any fact in connection with the Program.

25. Governing Law and Venue

These Program Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Program Terms or the Program, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Program Terms or the Program lies in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and each Member consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

26. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these Program Terms or the Program will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts identified in Section 25. No arbitration clause applies to the Program, and a Member's enrollment does not constitute a waiver of the right to a judicial forum.

27. Severability; Entire Agreement; No Waiver

If any provision of these Program Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Program Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between the Member and Sponsor concerning the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral, concerning the Program.

No failure or delay by Sponsor in exercising any right under these Program Terms will operate as a waiver of that right. No waiver by Sponsor of any provision of these Program Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by Sponsor.

28. Force Majeure

Sponsor will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Program Terms to the extent caused by an event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to: act of God, war, terrorism, civil disorder, labor dispute, governmental action, public health emergency, fire, flood, earthquake, weather event, power or telecommunications failure, internet failure, third-party service-provider failure, or any other event of force majeure. Upon the occurrence of any such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, modify or terminate the Program under Section 19.

29. Trademarks; No Affiliation

HERMÈS® and CAPE COD™ are trademarks of Hermès International. The Sweepstakes prize is purchased at retail by Sponsor. The Sweepstakes and the Program are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Hermès International, The Aesthetic Society, The Aesthetic Meet, the venue at which the Event is held, or any social media or technology platform.
